This cute little reindeer ornament will be a welcome addition to any Christmas tree.
What you will need :
- One nice elongated pine cone
- One 1 inch red pom pom ball for the nose
- Brown and tan felt for the ears
- 2 Medium wiggly eyes
- Some twigs for the horns
- A few pine cone scales to mount wiggly eyes on
- Glue gun and hot glue sticks
- White school glue
- Jute cord, 17 inches long
Directions:
Attach wiggly eyes to the pine cone scale, as shown in the picture. Before gluing snip off any sharp points from the back sides of the scales you are attaching, and the one you are gluing them to. This will give you a smoother surface to attach them to.
Directions:
Place the scale and eye in the desired position and attach it to the back of the scale directly in front of where you want it to go. Adjust it and hold in place until the glue sets.
Directions:
Next, snip out the center top part of the pine cone to hollow out a place for the nose to fit into. It may take a couple of snips. Fasten the red pom pom by securing it with hot glue.

Once that has almost dried, fold the ear in half long-wise and glue the ends together with hot glue, Pinch it closed and hold it until it sets. (See picture) Repeat for the other ear. Look at the picture and position the ears in place before gluing with hot glue.
Look at the picture and find the desired place you want to position the horns. Make sure the horns as the same length and where you want them before gluing them on.
